When More Is Desired

 Recently I had the pleasure to connect with a young professional in his quest
for his next career move. Its an exciting place to be when we realize we are
ready for more and we are determined to explore the possibilities in order to
move on to greater fulfillment.
When we are in that space of wanting and looking for more, having
conversations regarding the possibilities are one of the very best things we can
do to help ourselves. It is through this exploration that our energy grows and
that we further sort out our thoughts and feelings surrounding it. And when we
are having those conversations with people who are truly engaged with our
desires, we gain confidence and determination in our movement and change. There
is absolutely no reason to keep your desire a secret, and to run the risk of
losing sight of it due to a lack of support and an absence of sharing it with
those who can buoy us up in the process.
I believe that when one shares the dream, it gets clearer and stronger. The more
we think and discuss the vision, the more it starts to feel real. As it starts
to feel real, we begin to believe it is possible. When we become convinced it is
possible, we make it possible. It is at that moment of belief that we begin to
draw what we need to us, to make it happen. And if you really tap into your
intuition, it will lead you to where you need to go.
So, start with some conversation. Share your dream. If you have several
possibilities that you are contemplating, start the conversation there. I think
you will find greater clarity and energy when you take this step to move
yourself forward.
