Career Pathway #153:
How's Your Mojo?

Or, in other words, our "mojo," as Austin Powers describes it. When our mojo is healthy, it is much easier for us to be in the flow of life, feeling confident, and in touch with our personal power.

Of course there are many mental, emotional, and physical aspects that can impact our energy, of which we may not even be aware. Until we become more cognizant of those conditions and thought patterns, and how they are depleting our spirit, then we are more likely to remain in a weakened state.

Take some time to think about the conditions that you allow to impact your energy and spirit. This can be a very diverse list including poor diet, lack of exercise, fear of change or claiming one's power, lack of confidence, negative self talk, the influence of others with low energy, resistance, and simply the lack of will to seek transition in life.

The good news is, with a little effort, you can begin immediately to raise your mojo and to take steps in positive directions. Look to your personal strengths to get you moving. Get some clarity about your gifts and talents, and how you would like to begin expressing those in your life. Connect with people who will support you and grow with you. And look for ways to raise your energy and spirit each day of your life.

Coaching Inquiries: Are you able to identify the key factors in raising your mojo? Do you want to commit attention and effort to seek greater personal power? In your circles, who impacts you in positive ways? Can you expand this influence in your life? How can you allow yourself to lead a bigger life, with greater stimulation and reward?

May you be filled with goodness, peace, and joy.
