 In my many years of career coaching, one truth has become evident: when one
believes that there are choices to be made, one elevates their personal power to
a much higher level.This may seem like common sense, but feeling stuck and unable to make change in one's life is actually quite prevalent. And many of us remain mired in negative "talk tracks" which we repeat in our minds on a daily basis. If we acknowledge the choices that truly exist, we free ourselves from the bondage of false imprisonment. By letting go of the narrow and confining thinking we may harbor, we can begin to see possibilities that we were never open to before. Access and expand your personal power by allowing yourself to truly consider other jobs, employers, industries, careers, and the meaning each of these might play in your life. Coaching Inquiries: What choices do you want to acknowledge in your life? Are there obstacles or self-talk that keep you from fully exploring these choices?
